Even I, who know nothing about pizza, had heard of Jackson Pizza!!! My boyfriend had already tried it and said it was so good. Places he vouches for I trust without question, so I went in with high expectations. Yay~~

Generous mozzarella and cheddar cheese combined with a smooth white sauce create a rich, savory flavor reminiscent of carbonara.
Two slices are exotic and delicious, but ordering a whole pie might feel a bit rich, so I'd recommend this one for a half-and-half order.

The complimentary ranch sauce is said to be made in-house by trimming fresh herbs and blending over 7 ingredients, then aged for 24 hours before serving. Knowing it's made with that much care, I totally understand why only one free refill is allowed,,
Honestly the pizza itself was so good that I didn't reach for the sauce much, but I still found myself dipping in occasionally for a change of pace.

Pink sauce cheese spaghetti (rosé), ₩9,800. Golden, browned cheese~ just looking at it makes your mouth water, and it would've been a shame to only have pizza. The tomato sauce is also blended in-house and aged for 24 hours before use, giving it a deeper, richer tomato flavor.
The rich, 24-hour aged tomato sauce made in-house blends beautifully with the thick, smooth rosé sauce, resulting in an overall savory, rich flavor that really delivers. The cheese stretches endlessly, adding to the fun of eating ~~
I'd never seen a customer feedback box like this before — the owner has real style!! The candy was also American candy I'd never seen, and you could feel how thoughtfully it was picked, haha
I finished a very satisfying meal and stepped outside to find a rainbow in the Wirye sky 🌈🌈 A properly happy way to end the weekend >_<
