Gangnam café, decaf pistachio latte and mango frappe: Upper and Under
Upper and Under is a specialty coffee and dessert café on the Gangnam café street, a short walk from Exit 6 of Sinnonhyeon Station in Seoul. Over a visit with friends after dinner in Gangnam, the order was a decaf pistachio cream latte, a matcha cream oat latte, a vanilla Basque cheesecake and the new mango vacherin frappe at 9,000 won. Prices at Upper and Under run high, but the cheesecake's texture and the wide indoor seating make it worth a return trip.
