Dog-friendly Hapjeong café for Basque cheesecake: Seowon Angil
Seowon Angil Hapjeong is a large two-floor Western brunch café in Mapo, Seoul, a 5-minute walk from Hapjeong Station Exit 3. Sitting solo by the floor-to-ceiling windows on the first floor, the writer had creamy salmon poached egg Benedict, red plum ade, and a handmade Mom's Basque cheesecake so moist it ranked as the best Basque cheesecake tried so far. Dogs are welcome with proof of vaccination, making it a great spot to return to with a pet.
