Today I went to Esthetia Cheonan Sinbuldang Branch 1 for a contouring treatment at a beauty salon in Buldang-dong, Cheonan.

I moved to the treatment room and lay down on the bed, and it was warm! The warmth hit me the moment I lay down, and my body melted into a sleepy, relaxed state the whole time. Total healing vibes!

Do I need to wash my face before a contouring treatment?

The contouring course at Esthetia Cheonan Sinbuldang Branch 1 includes water cleansing and deep cleansing steps, so I didn't need to wash my face beforehand. I came straight from other plans and couldn't cleanse first.

Luckily, since the course includes water cleansing and deep cleansing, I could go without washing, and there was no step where I had to wash up at the salon before going in. That was nice.

Lying on the warm bed while they wiped everything away for me was comfortable and satisfying. I've been too busy lately to look after my skin and it was in bad shape, so they also did exfoliation. Then a light first pack went on over the clean skin to fill it with moisture.

It might hurt a little the first time, but I think you'd get used to it after a few sessions.

After the contouring, they put a cool modeling pack on my face to bring down the heat and calm the skin. I usually love modeling packs, so I was happy it's included in the course!

After the modeling pack came off, the last step was a moist moisturizing cream spread softly over my whole face, and the contouring course was done. Thanks to the cream, my skin still felt moist when I got home, which was lovely.

Is it okay if I have plans right after the treatment?

There is a powder room on one side of the changing room at Esthetia Cheonan Sinbuldang Branch 1, so you can do your makeup and hair after the treatment before heading out. After finishing the contouring course and changing clothes,
