My mom said her hair had gone dry and her scalp was a little itchy. Since her lovable son was home for a visit, I took her to 26do Hair Suseong Branch (26도헤어 수성점) in Suseong, Daegu, for a hair clinic treatment.

The inside of this Daegu salon was bigger than I expected, and quite a few customers were getting treatments even though it was a Monday.

The whole place felt pleasant and clean, and you can charge your phone just about anywhere, so it felt like a salon that really thinks about its customers' convenience.

What are the steps of the hair clinic at 26do Hair Suseong Branch?

The clinic went in this order: consultation → deep-cleansing shampoo → moisture care → steam → protein and collagen nutrition → second steam. Before the treatment, we started with a consultation about the current state of her scalp.

Step 1: Deep cleansing with protein shampoo

Before starting the clinic, we went to the shampoo room for a deep-cleansing shampoo with protein shampoo, so the hair would absorb the treatment well.

Step 2: Hyaluronic acid moisture care

This moisture care fills the hair with water, using a product packed with hyaluronic acid to add hydration.

While she waited during the treatment, Mom enjoyed a cup of warm tea and some cookies, haha. (Snacks as a standard service, a nice touch.)

Step 3: Steam heat treatment, protein and collagen nutrition, and a second steam

For better absorption, they ran a steam machine heat treatment for about 10–15 minutes. (So the hair takes in moisture even better.)

Next came the second round: supplying the hair again with a nutrition treatment high in protein and collagen!!!

The steam machine ran a second time for about 15 minutes to boost protein absorption again, and the director took proper care of her.

How did Mom's hair clinic turn out?

At 26do Hair Suseong Branch it isn't a one-and-done treatment; they go through the second round too and do the clinic properly. Mom's limp-looking hair and scalp got livelier, and her hair clearly looked stronger!!!
