I spotted a shop with dandy-style clothes hanging up, and that was Apple Smile. Come out of Hoehyeon Station Exit 6, turn right at CTEI and head down, and the Namdaemun Market Budeyng Kids' Clothing arcade is on your left, with the shop in Unit 12.

The stylish unisex clothes look good quality and the designs are sleek. Other shops had customers too, but Apple Smile was especially packed, so I joined in and browsed.
