Can you get a seat at Brewers Coffee in Sinbu-dong, Cheonan, in the afternoon?

Brewers Coffee is a coffee shop right in the middle of Sinbu-dong, Cheonan, and after lunchtime it's often completely full. We went in the afternoon and, super lucky, managed to grab the one seat left!!! Brewers is pretty much my regular stop every time I go to Sinbu-dong!!! The atmosphere is really good, and I love that there's such a wide range of drinks and bakery items!

At Brewers you can pick your beans to suit your taste, and I think that day we ordered a vanilla latte and an iced toffee rooibos tea. I think we went with Brewers' signature beans. The coffee here is good, so it's tasty whenever I have it! Just pick whichever beans you like!

Cheonan baked goods spot: Brewers Coffee's new matcha mochi flan

Brewers has French-style baked goods made fresh every morning, so it's well known as one of Cheonan's best spots for them too!!! When I went, a matcha mochi flan had just come out as a new menu item, so I tried that! I've tried quite a few things at Brewers and it's always good!

They also do gift packaging for baked goods, so next time I'm thinking I'll use it when I need a present!

Interior and terrace seating at Brewers Coffee Sinbu Branch

The Sinbu branch is a clean, black-toned coffee shop overall, and it has outdoor terrace seats too. They got our order out quickly!!! The inside was almost full that day, so I couldn't take photos indoors, but the interior is really nice too!!!

There are quite a lot of seats inside, but since it's such a famous and tasty café, they were all taken.. The outdoor terrace looked like a lovely place to sit when the weather is cool.

Brewers' iced toffee rooibos tea comes in a teapot so you can pour it yourself!!! The matcha mochi flan was nicely plated on a dish! I've tried lots of desserts at Brewers, but the matcha mochi flan was a first for me.

Is the Brewers Coffee vanilla latte very sweet?

The vanilla latte at Brewers isn't too sweet and has a strong coffee flavor. My boyfriend ordered it and said it was really good! He said it suited his taste perfectly, and that he liked the strong coffee flavor!!

I tried a sip too, and thought, yep, Brewers really is a coffee place! It was afternoon so I couldn't have coffee that day, but next time I'm going to visit in the morning and have some.

Avoiding caffeine? Toffee rooibos tea and dessert pairing

For anyone worried about caffeine, I think Brewers' toffee rooibos tea is a really good choice! I poured the rooibos tea over a glass of ice, and it went well with dessert and tasted good too, so I was very happy with it!

With dessert I especially like a bittersweet drink like an Americano, but I can't really drink coffee in the afternoon!

How does the matcha mochi flan taste?

Brewers' matcha mochi flan is packed with matcha and cute little mochi (chewy rice cakes), and it isn't too sweet. The bittersweet matcha and the chewy mochi go together so well!!! If you like matcha, you'll definitely love this one!!!! It paired really well with the coffee and tea we ordered too!

We went to Brewers while using the Sinbu-dong bus terminal, and I think I'll keep coming whenever I'm in Sinbu-dong! The atmosphere inside is really good, so it was great for photos too. If you're looking for a Sinbu-dong baked goods spot, give Brewers a visit!!!!!
