Girin Samgyeopsal is a new Korean BBQ restaurant serving domestic pork near Yadang Station in Paju, Gyeonggi. Two diners ordered one portion each of fresh pork belly, kkodeulsal (chewy pork jowl) and thick diced hangjeongsal (pork neck), plus doenjang sulbap (soybean-paste rice soup) and fried rice, and the springy diced hangjeongsal was the most memorable cut. Girin Samgyeopsal is worth recommending on a night when you want pork belly and specialty cuts in one sitting.
