Plant-based protein shake mixed with milk: Cleanit Cacao review

This is my review of Cleanit Cacao, a plant-based protein shake. Today I'll walk you through my honest experience of actually drinking Cleanit Cacao, along with the price and other details. I've been working out seriously since last year. Last year I focused on cardio to lose weight first, and this year I finally started proper strength training. I'm doing PT sessions and trying to lift almost every day, so I've definitely put on more muscle than before — but building muscle on a regular diet alone is tough. How to take it: 200ml of water or soy milk, 1–2 times a day

Normally I put it straight into my workout bottle and shake it up to drink right away, but since my bottle is black and wouldn't show up well in photos, today I mixed it in a cup instead for the photos. The instructions say to mix with 200ml of water or soy milk and drink 1–2 times a day — since I love milk, I decided to mix it with milk and drink it like chocolate milk!!

What does Cleanit Cacao taste like mixed with milk?

I mixed it with milk and gave it a taste!! It's not too sweet, with a light, clean flavor, and honestly it tastes great. Cleanit Cacao is also delicious mixed into espresso for a latte-style drink. I always finish my day this way — plant protein plus creatine right after getting home from the gym!! It seems to be helping my muscles come along nicely, which makes me happy^_^
