Fluffy Bake Shop is a dessert café near Gongdeok Station in Mapo, Seoul. I picked up canelés, gamtae and Nunettine financiers, and espresso pecan madeleines late in the afternoon, and loved their crisp yet moist textures. Verdict: Go early for a lovely baked-goods gift or takeaway.
