What is the atmosphere like at Taqueros near Magok Station?
Taqueros Magok Main Branch (타케로스 마곡본점) is a Mexican restaurant close to Magok Station, with a clean, casual interior and friendly staff. I really love Mexican food, so this time I visited Taqueros, which is said to be great around Magok Station! I've been totally hooked on hunting for good restaurants in Magok lately, and this visit was so satisfying that I'm writing my review right away.
It's close to Magok Station, so access is great, and the mood is relaxed enough for a date or a meal with friends. It works for lunch or dinner, and quite a few people were eating alone too.
As soon as I walked in, the tidy interior caught my eye. It isn't flashy, but the casual vibe made it easy to relax, and I was even happier that the whole place was kept clean.
Above all, the staff were really kind. They explained the menu in detail and smiled as they took each order, so I felt good the whole meal. Small kindnesses like that seem to make the food taste even better.

How were the tacos at Taqueros?
What I ordered at Taqueros: tacos, BBQ ribs, mango ade and chocolate churros! I got them as a set :) From the main to dessert, I really enjoyed the whole thing.
First, the tacos I was most looking forward to! One bite and I understood right away why Taqueros is famous. The tortilla was chewy yet soft, and the filling was really generous. The mix of fresh vegetables, meat and sauce was so good, and the different textures in every bite meant I never got tired of it.
The sauce isn't overpowering and lets the ingredients' own flavor shine, so it's easy to eat. If you like Mexican food, I think you'll be really happy with it.

How do the BBQ ribs go with the mango ade?
The BBQ ribs at Taqueros were so tender you don't need a knife, generously coated in sweet and salty barbecue sauce. Next up: the BBQ ribs. They looked appetizing from the first glance. The meat was so tender that no knife was needed, and it was cooked so well that it came off the bone easily.
With the sweet and salty barbecue sauce slathered on, every bite was full of flavor. The meat itself was moist too, with no dryness, so I enjoyed it to the end. The portion was more generous than I expected, enough to satisfy two people.
The mango ade I ordered with it was sweet and refreshing and went really well with the barbecue. It didn't taste artificial and was nice and cold, so it was a perfect match for spicy or salty food. Taking a sip in between left my mouth feeling clean, which I loved.

Chocolate churros for dessert, and is it good value?
The chocolate churros at Taqueros were crispy outside and moist inside, a perfect way to end the meal. I can't skip the churros I had for dessert. The texture, crispy outside and moist inside, was really good, and with the sweet chocolate sauce it felt as satisfying as a dessert café. It was the ideal finish to the meal, and if you love sweets, I hope you'll order it.
What I liked most was the value for money. Eating out has gotten so expensive that many places feel like a burden, but considering the quality and portions, Taqueros felt really reasonably priced. It's good for a hearty meal, and the prices make it easy to share several dishes with friends, which made me even happier.
The relaxed atmosphere also makes it seem good for anyone: dates, friend gatherings, family meals, or office lunch and dinner.

What is the Taqueros raffle review event?
Taqueros Magok Main Branch has a prize event: write a review and get a drink, and the raffle's first prize is a ₩100,000 prepaid card. There's also a raffle review event here! You get a drink for writing a review, and a ₩100,000 prepaid card if you win first prize. Isn't that a total bargain of an event? Having a fun event like this made the end of the meal feel even better.
With good value and a good atmosphere, I'd recommend it as a date spot, and it's also a great place to chat over tasty food with friends. I was so satisfied that next time I want to try other taco dishes and a burrito too. If you're looking for tasty Mexican food near Magok Station, do visit Taqueros. Like me, you'll probably be happy with the food, the atmosphere and the service!
