Dadam Shabu Shabu & Wolnamssam (다담샤브샤브&월남쌈) Wirye Branch is an all-you-can-eat beef shabu-shabu restaurant on the 3rd floor of G&G Plaza near Namwirye Station. It is open daily 11:00–21:00 (last order 20:00, lunch last order 14:50), with a break Mon–Fri 16:00–17:00. All-you-can-eat, organic, groups welcome ⭕, high chairs ⭕, takeout ⭕, and free parking at G&G Plaza (3 hours).

Come the weekend, don't you always agonize over where to eat? Today I'm sharing a Namwirye Station restaurant that's great for eating out with kids, family gatherings and company dinners.

I love shabu-shabu so much that I eat it at home and hunt it down around town, and this place really satisfies me. (Because everything is all-you-can-eat!)

Dadam is open daily 11:00–21:00 (last order 20:00). It's all-you-can-eat, but to keep things running smoothly they limit your time in the restaurant to 2 hours. Two hours is plenty for a meal, though, so you never feel rushed.

The best part: 3 hours of free parking, so no parking worries!

Dadam Shabu Shabu menu and prices: is takeout available?

The menu is set up as all-you-can-eat beef shabu-shabu. Prices differ for elementary schoolers, toddlers and preschoolers, so check ahead. There's also a 5% discount event if you upload to Instagram, so keep that in mind!

Dadam also does takeout, so you can eat comfortably at home too!

The inside of Dadam's Wirye branch is really spacious and pleasant. As a proper Namwirye Station favorite, it had lots of customers. It was the dinner peak, so every table was full!

Still, it's so big and well divided by partitions that people looking for a Wirye family gathering spot or something like a private room can eat comfortably.

The window seats look out over Changgokcheon stream, a cool open view that doesn't feel stuffy, and I thought there's no better space for a family gathering. Anyone of any age can sit comfortably, so there were lots of families.

How fresh are the self-serve vegetables and sauces?

The thing I was most looking forward to: the all-you-can-eat Wirye shabu-shabu! I was amazed at how fresh the vegetables were, and they say they use ingredients sourced from the market every day.

Fresh shabu vegetables really do make the broth taste better and give a crisp texture.

Even at an all-you-can-eat place, I'd think keeping vegetables and ingredients fresh is hard, but being able to grab as much fresh veg and meat as you want felt really satisfying.

You all know how happy it is to take as much as you like without worrying about anyone's eyes, haha. Come here ready to eat until you burst.

The sauces every shabu-shabu needs, soy, chili and peanut, were neatly arranged, which I liked.

Desserts, beef, vegetables, kalguksu (knife-cut noodles), rice paper and more are all inside the self-bar area, so the flow makes it easy to grab everything at once. Very convenient.

Half-clear, half-spicy broth with beef belly and chuck

They prepare the broth while you're off getting food, and you can choose half-and-half, which I liked.

My husband picked the mild clear broth and I picked the spicy one. For a Wirye family gathering, kids can have the clear broth and adults the spicy one, which is just perfect.

As a proper Namwirye Station favorite, the meat quality is really good too. The beef belly and beef chuck are all-you-can-eat,

with no gamey smell and a rich, nutty flavor 😁💜 Blanch it lightly, dip it in the sauce, and what more is there to say?

Wrapping blanched beef and assorted vegetables in rice paper gives a chewy texture and savory beef, and the combination is really good.

Finishing with kalguksu (knife-cut noodles)

Even after stuffing yourself with shabu-shabu, it's not over. Ramen noodles, kalguksu noodles, even egg porridge: you can customize it however you like.

While writing this post, I realized the restaurant's hygiene and food cleanliness are top-notch.

I brought back as much kalguksu as I could eat and boiled it in the clear broth.

But... even after the meal, it's not over, hahaha

There's a cafeteria here, so you can enjoy dessert perfectly too.

Vanilla ice cream the kids love, and an americano the adults can enjoy too!!

Many people were making affogato, and you really don't need to go to a café. The soft serve is chewy with a gelato-like texture. The shabu-shabu is good, but this is a place I come back to because I crave the ice cream, haha

I think little joys like this are exactly why I recommend it as a Wirye family gathering spot. After a meal you crave a cold americano or ice cream, and here's a shabu-shabu place that wraps it all up in one go!

Parking at G&G Plaza and would I go back?

With 3 hours of free parking, you don't have to rush out after eating, which is nice.

For people looking for a Namwirye Station restaurant, a place you can visit without parking stress is rare. The staff were really kind too.

The store is kept clean, so it's a nice place to spend time. If you're looking for a Namwirye Station restaurant, do drop by.
