Sokcho Haemul Kkot Jangkalguksu is a seafood shabu jangkalguksu (spicy noodle hot pot) restaurant in Jo-yang-dong, Sokcho. Visiting on a Saturday 6pm reservation with a child, the writer ordered three servings of the seafood flower platter shabu jangkalguksu, and the sanghwang mushroom and hutgae (Hovenia) broth was mild enough that elementary-school kids enjoyed it too.
