Seocho grilled pork restaurant with staff grilling: Yuk Tongryeong

Yuk Tongryeong Kyodae Branch is an aged-pork restaurant in an alley near Kyodae Station in Seoul’s Seocho District. I ate black pork Korean pork belly, house-made ribs, and mul-naengmyeon with my husband and child; staff grilled the meat, making the meal easy to focus on. The pork belly had pleasantly chewy skin and tender meat, while the rib marinade was not overly sweet.
