Bueokgan Suwan Branch is a casual restaurant in Suwan District, Gwangsan, Gwangju. My mom, Shushu, and I shared Couple Set A with pastry soup, Kung Pao chicken pilaf, and vongole pasta. The rich kabocha pastry soup is the must-order here.
Haenon Miyeok Gwacheon Direct Branch is a Korean restaurant in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi, serving seaweed soup set meals and pork stir-fry. Three adults visited after the National Gwacheon Science Museum and especially remembered the rich, milky flounder seaweed soup broth. Verdict: a place I’d happily revisit with family to try more soups.

I ordered Tori Karaage Don and the ₩18,500 Double Katsu Don with my child, and loved the crisp chicken, tender cutlet, and photo-filled menu.
