Ari Chuksan is a butcher shop in Cheongpyeong-myeon handling Korean pork (Handon) and Hanwoo beef; every Tuesday–Wednesday Ari Chuksan bones and trims pork in-house, and every Thursday Hanwoo and other beef. Besides Korean pork cuts such as pork belly and pork neck and aged Hanwoo ribeye, Ari Chuksan also stocks rear cuts (dwitgogi) such as kkodeul-sal, baekkop-sal and dokkaebi-sal, plus imported camping meats such as tomahawk, T-bone and lamb ribs.

Ari Chuksan also sells vegetables to eat with the meat, including shredded green onion, onions, king oyster mushrooms, button mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, chili peppers, lettuce and perilla leaves.
