Scent Academy is a perfume workshop run directly by a perfumer who is a nationally certified cosmetics specialist and has completed a degree program in cosmetic and fragrance science. At Scent Academy, visitors smell single fragrance notes one by one and combine them to create their own perfume in a one-on-one session, using cosmetic-grade fragrance oils that comply with IFRA (International Fragrance Association) standards and a naturally fermented plant-based base.
Besides perfume blending, Scent Academy offers classes for making hand cream, solid perfume sticks, aromatic herb sachets, room spray and diffusers, as well as cologne-making for elementary, middle and high school students and group and on-site classes. Scent Academy also runs certificate courses, including KPIA Perfumer, Korean Scents and MBTI.
