Playing Secret of the Pyramid: escaping with 2 hints

Before entering the theme room, a staff member kindly walked us through everything, so even as beginners we could start comfortably.

The first puzzle was easy, but as we got further in, we got stuck connecting the clues together and ended up using two hints. The sign said that using 2 hints means the prize is just yakgwa, and sure enough, that's what we got after escaping. If we'd escaped without any hints, we would've also gotten a polaroid and a discount coupon, which was a little disappointing... But hey, we escaped!

Thanks to that, we managed to escape successfully within the time limit, and took a commemorative photo with our yakgwa at the end.

The Pyramid theme we picked was great because it had zero horror, but that also meant there wasn't much tension, so next time I want to come back for something like Gestapo or Towering — themes that aren't scary but still have that immersive story feel, maybe with more of a summer thriller vibe (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)و
