Lately I kept noticing this dessert shop popping up in more and more locations 👀 When I happened to be in Gurae-dong, I found out the main branch was nearby, so I rushed over excitedly haha. This is Jinsim Castella (진심카스테라)!

Of course, I ate it with milk, the classic way to eat castella 🥛 One bite in, and the soft, moist texture was so tender it practically melted in my mouth — even though I was full, my hand kept reaching for more haha. Castella really does taste best with milk 😍 Take a bite, then a sip of milk, and the nutty sweetness blends together perfectly — it's genuinely moving haha, an addictive combination you can't stop eating 🥹 My stomach was definitely full, but apparently there's always room for dessert!
