Gwangjin ice cream café cones at Beurre Beurre Konkuk Rodeo
In short
Beurre Beurre Konkuk University Rodeo Branch is an ice cream dessert café in Gwangjin, Seoul. I chose Nilla Nilla Caramel Dance and Joseon Rice in cones, with sweet caramel and nutty, clean rice flavors. Verdict: I already want to come back and try the other flavors one by one.

While looking for good ice cream around Konkuk University, I found Beurre Beurre Konkuk University Rodeo Branch (뵈르뵈르 건대로데오점) and paid it a visit -.ᐟ This time I went to try Beurre Beurre ice cream, which gets recommended a lot as a good spot around Konkuk University. It is in a great spot for having ice cream near Konkuk University and then looking around Konkuk University Rodeo too ꕀ꙳

The colorful palette and Beurre Beurre's signature baby? model made it stand out immediately even from far away. It is an ice cream shop, but the bouncy, playful vibe starts right at the entrance ꕀ꙳

How do you choose your ice cream?
There were quite a lot of ice cream options, from familiar flavors to combinations I had never seen before, so it took me a while to decide what to get ,, They also sell cookies and drinks!

Just pick the flavors you want -! From a single to a double, triple, quadruple, and six-pack, I could choose according to my taste or the number of people ⋆。˚
- Single ₩4,700
- Double ₩6,500
- Triple ₩11,200
- Quadruple ₩18,900
- Six-pack ₩28,200

And it was not just ice cream: there were drinks like coffee, lattes, and shakes too, so it felt like a nice place to pop in for a simple dessert ♥ ♡̴

Ah ... I’ll take them all .... Give me lots and lots, please ??

Two flavors I chose in cones
I ordered cones .ᐟ Cups are good too, but ice cream really tastes best in a cone ♥ ♡̴

Single cones (₩4,700). After much deliberation, I finally ordered two flavors: Nilla Nilla Caramel Dance and Joseon Rice ✩‧₊˚

What did Nilla Nilla Caramel Dance taste like?
The smooth, sweet taste of vanilla was joined by caramel, making it sweet and nutty at the same time ⋆·˚ ༘ * I also loved caramel’s distinctively rich flavor ♥

What did Joseon Rice taste like?
I was curious from the name alone, and it had rice’s distinctively nutty, clean flavor. It was not overly sweet and was so savory—it was completely my kind of flavor ꕀ꙳
Beurre Beurre says it uses premium French butter, giving it a richer, fuller flavor than regular ice cream.ᐟ.ᐟ In particular, it says that it minimizes overrun—the air incorporated while making ice cream—for a dense, thick texture that melts slowly in the mouth. (How fascinating ..) Maybe that is why I could clearly feel the soft yet chewy texture from the very first bite ♥ ♡̴
There really were so many varieties. I picked two flavors this time, but next time I want to try the other flavors one by one too .ᐟ I was already wondering which flavor I would choose next at Beurre Beurre 𓂃𓈒𓏸
