Where is Cham Dwaejitgan Bucheon Sinjung-dong Branch, and is there parking?

This Sinjung-dong Station pork belly spot is a 3-minute walk from Lotte Department Store at Exit 3, tucked in the alley between McDonald's and KFC❗

If you're lucky, there's room for 2–3 cars right in front! If not, I'd recommend the public parking lot~! 🚘

Three things that make this Sinjung-dong restaurant special: the chaff-smoke and charcoal grilling combo, of course, plus carefully selected Jirisan black pork and grade-1 Boseong Nokdon pork!
Inside Cham Dwaejitgan: seating and the meat-aging fridge

Walking in, I was surprised how much bigger and more spacious it was than I expected!😊 True to a Bucheon hotspot, it was already full even at an off-peak hour!

Tables are spaced generously and seating is well laid out, so you can eat comfortably~!😊 Perfect for Sinjung-dong work dinners, group gatherings, and family meals!

Seeing the meat-aging fridge on one side of the store boosted my trust in the meat quality and raised my expectations for the taste even more.
Self-serve bar, review event and corkage-free policy

A neatly maintained self-serve bar~! From fresh lettuce wraps to kimchi, shredded scallions, and bean sprouts, you could easily grab whatever sides you wanted.
Naver receipt reviews and Instagram story participation both get you a canned drink or fried rice for free! And the two events can be combined! ⭐
There's a nice variety of pairings to enjoy with the meat, so it's fun mixing and matching according to taste~!
But the best part is the corkage-free service! 🍷 Bringing your own liquor or wine to enjoy for free — amazing. Cham Dwaejitgan, best pork belly spot in Bucheon^0^

On the wall, the characteristics of the main pork cuts are neatly explained, so you can compare texture and flavor at a glance before ordering!

Baby chairs and kids' supplies: can you bring children?
Cham Dwaejitgan Bucheon Sinjung-dong Branch has baby chairs ready, and the restroom is inside, which was convenient.
Kids' tableware, candy, aprons, plastic wrap, dental floss, toothpicks, mouthwash, deodorizer, glasses cloths, hair ties, chargers — all sorts of thoughtful convenience items were prepared for before and after the meal, and the service satisfaction was top-notch! 😇
Cham Dwaejitgan menu and what we ordered
From black pork belly and black pork neck to Boseong Nokdon pork belly and flower neck, plus specialty cuts like layered belly and skirt meat, and various side dishes — you can order to your taste~!
📌 Boseong Nokdon pork belly (160g) ₩16,000 X3 📌 Jirisan kudzu cold noodles ₩7,000 📌 Fried rice ₩3,000 📌 Rice ₩1,000

This restaurant's signature grill! 🔥 Rich, high-quality charcoal surrounded by plenty of chaff, so the meat picks up a subtle smoky aroma as it grills~!
Side dishes and sauces that come with the pork belly
A neatly arranged basic table setting! Various side dishes that bring out the meat's flavor~! (minus the minari) All side dishes are refillable.
Kimchi, seasoned bean sprouts, and fragrant domestic minari (water dropwort) that pair perfectly with the meat were all put right on the grill — exactly my taste!
Mushroom wasabi, wasabi, spicy sauce, ssamjang, garlic, and salt were all cleanly plated on individual dishes per person, which felt hygienic and thoughtful. 😊

📌 Boseong Nokdon pork belly (160g) ₩16,000 X3 — I debated between black pork and pork belly, but went with pork belly in the end!

Maybe because they only use high-quality meat, the ratio of bright red lean meat to fat was really perfect.
The moment the thick-cut pork belly hit the charcoal and chaff grill, a savory aroma spread everywhere — salivary glands exploding! 🤤 Cham Dwaejitgan uses a specially made handcrafted grill that prevents oil splatter, so you can eat comfortably^0^
Staff grilling service and how the Boseong Nokdon pork belly tasted

At this Sinjung-dong Station favorite, staff grill everything from start to finish, so you can just relax and focus on eating.

The staff member grilled with such care to lock in the juices..!! ❤ Great spot to bring your parents, too~!
A perfect visual — golden brown, glistening with sheen! Once fully cooked, the meat was moved to the side of the grill so it wouldn't overcook.
With each bite, the chaff aroma and savory juices burst out, and you could immediately tell how high-quality the meat itself was. Even dipped in just a bit of salt, the rich flavor and juices filled my mouth..!!
Mushroom wasabi, scallion salad and grilled kimchi: the best combination
Highly recommend topping the meat with mushroom wasabi! It cuts through the richness of the meat completely, and you just keep eating without ever getting sick of it.

The shredded scallion combo was also great, and pairing it with grilled kimchi is a truth that needs no explanation~!❤

Wrapping a sesame leaf around minari, bean sprouts, and garlic and popping it all in one bite creates an explosion of umami!

The rice looked freshly steamed, glossy and sticky!🍚 Topping white rice with meat and it's gone in one bowl~!
Finishing with Jirisan kudzu cold noodles and fried rice
📌 Jirisan kudzu cold noodles ₩7,000 — finishing off the meat with cold noodles is the perfect ending><

The noodles were chewy and springy, so delicious, and the refreshing, clean broth washed away all the lingering oiliness. 🤤 Cold noodles plus meat — need I say more~! Pure happiness in every bite!

📌 Fried rice ₩3,000 — the K-dessert fried rice course that Koreans can't skip! Made fluffy with seaweed flakes, minari, and kimchi, I couldn't put the spoon down even when full hahaha
Is Cham Dwaejitgan Bucheon Sinjung-dong Branch worth a visit?
From the deep flavor of chaff-smoked pork belly to the variety of side pairings, and finishing with cold noodles and fried rice — a perfect meal! Being a corkage-free restaurant, where you can bring your own wine or whiskey to enjoy with the meat, was a huge draw! 😊 I recommend Cham Dwaejitgan Bucheon Sinjung-dong Branch, a Sinjung-dong Station pork belly spot with staff grilling service~!
