In short
Hantiok Lotte Department Store Incheon Branch is a Korean restaurant in Michuhol, Incheon. I ordered the 2-person bossam set meal for 44,000 won and mixed its pork, ugeoji gukbap, tofu, and giant dumplings in all sorts of ways. A Korean table set for two with a bossam set meal
Today, I wanted a proper full Korean meal, so I headed to Hantiok Lotte Department Store Incheon Branch (한티옥 롯데백화점 인천점)! Lately, there are days when I crave Korean food that comes with rice, soup, and side dishes rather than just one single menu item, you know? This time, I ordered the bossam (boiled pork wrap) set meal for two! It was ₩22,000 per person, or ₩44,000 for two.

The atmosphere at Hantiok Incheon
The large Hantiok sign at the entrance made it easy to find, and they had display food models out front so you could see the actual menu sets. It was nice for browsing what to eat before heading in, haha.

The inside was clean too, and the tables were spaced out well enough that it was comfortable to eat.

And then the bossam set meal for two arrived! It filled the whole table, and I loved that the spread was more generous than I expected.
Along with the bossam at the center, there was hot soup and rice, of course, plus all kinds of side dishes to have with it: kimchi, tofu, seasoned vegetables, and more!! Bossam on its own can get a little rich, but there were so many sides to pair with it that I could keep eating without getting tired of it 😀
Ugeoji gukbap and bossam together
A spoonful of hot ugeoji soup first
First up was the piping-hot ugeoji gukbap (rice soup with dried cabbage greens)! It had plenty of ugeoji and meat, so it was filling even with rice mixed in. Taking a spoonful of warm broth here and there while eating the bossam was such a good pairing too, haha.

And then, the star of the day: bossam. The pork came thinly sliced, with a nice balance of lean meat and fat, so it looked delicious from the start!!

Once I tried a piece, I liked that it was tender instead of dry. It was tasty on its own, but bossam is definitely at its best with all the accompaniments, hahaha!

Put bossam and dried shredded radish on white rice and... I absolutely love it!

Sides that make bossam even better
It is delicious as a lettuce wrap too
The lettuce was fresh, so this time I made proper wraps! I put a piece of bossam on lettuce, added radish kimchi and ssamjang (savory soybean dipping paste) however I liked, then took a big bite—such a perfect combo, haha.

Bossam with plump salted octopus was another good combination, and changing up the pairings let me enjoy the same bossam in lots of different ways. I really loved that.
The tofu was incredibly soft too, with a lovely texture! It was tasty to eat the tofu with the same accompaniments I had with the bossam, haha.

The tofu-and-dried-radish combination was great too—the silky tofu meeting the crunchy radish! Even the big dumplings included with this substantial bossam set meal were really stuffed full. I ate so well!

At Hantiok Lotte Department Store Incheon Branch, I got to enjoy a generous full spread with the ₩22,000-per-person bossam set meal: bossam, soup, rice, and a variety of side dishes! Since I prefer having a balanced selection of Korean dishes over eating just one item, I especially liked this lineup, haha.
If you are craving a hearty bossam set meal or a neat, well-rounded Korean spread, I highly recommend Hantiok Lotte Department Store Incheon Branch when looking for Korean food or bossam in Incheon~! I came away properly full after a great meal!
