My absolute favorite item at Prepace is, without question, the 'beef salad pasta'! Can you see the perfectly balanced macro combo just from the look of it? That beef, in particular, is a real work of art. Even eaten slightly cooled, it's never tough at all — moist and tender like a steak. (Of course, eating it warm right after it's cooked in the store is still the best!)

The pasta underneath is well coated in the house sauce, so it tastes even better if you mix everything together thoroughly. You won't feel that bland, salad-y blandness at all. (My mom and I are completely obsessed with this pasta...)

Unlike other typical salad specialty shops, the vegetables here are incredibly fresh — that's another appealing point. Not a single spoiled or wilted piece, so you can finish the meal feeling crisp and satisfied all the way through.
