The pastrami sandwich (파스트라미 샌드위치) is packed with beef brisket point that's been brined for 72 hours and then roasted.
Pastrami is smoked for a long time, so it's full of smoky aroma and juices. The salty brisket, savory mayo sauce, and cabbage slaw are a fantastic combination.
Unlike a regular burger bun, this sandwich uses ciabatta, and the crispy ciabatta balances really well with the soft brisket.
The tender pastrami juices with the crunchy cabbage sauerkraut are insane.
Double cheese burger set: two Hanwoo patties, two cheeses
Next up is the double cheese burger. We added ₩4,900 to include freshly fried fries and a Coke.
This is Daily Fix's signature menu item, the double cheese burger. It comes with two beef patties made from 100% Hanwoo Korean beef, plus double the cheese.
Two types of cheese, American and Swiss, go in, making it salty and savory.
The rich beefy aroma of the patties pairs perfectly with the warm melted cheese. Raw onion is also added, cutting through the richness of the cheese.
The fries come out freshly fried right after ordering, so they're hot and crispy.
Dipped in ketchup, they're a side that goes really well with the burger.
