Weekend drive date at TOKYO USED vintage shop, Yongin: polo shirts

In short

TOKYO USED Flagship Store is a large vintage shop in Gogi-dong, Suji-gu, Yongin, split into brand vintage on floor 1 and other vintage items on floor 2. A husband and wife dropped by on a sunny Saturday morning drive date, browsing the polo shirt zone, ties, scarves, eyeglass frames, vintage luxury bags, and a fall dress corner. It's clean with no musty vintage-shop smell and has ample basement parking, making it a solid addition to a Bundang-area date course.

The weather's been amazing lately, right? My husband and I have a phrase for days like this — we say the weather is "ripped" haha. On one of those gorgeous-weather Saturday mornings, we went to TOKYO USED Flagship Store, a vintage shop in Yongin! It's the same hot vintage brand that has a location in Seongsu too — we went as part of a drive date!

As TOKYO USED's flagship location, the store size was massive! It's located in Suji's Gogi-dong, which is a trendy spot, so if you go there for a date, grab lunch, shop at TOKYO USED, and finish with dessert at a café, it's basically the perfect Bundang-area date course! We did exactly that and it was so good!

A vintage shop without that vintage shop smell

The store was so clean that there was zero musty clothing smell — you know, that vintage-shop smell. That means the clothes are extremely well maintained! Even the garments themselves had no smell at all. The moment I walked in I couldn't help smiling and started shopping right away! My husband wasn't expecting much since it was "just a vintage shop," but he was amazed at how huge the store was!

Shirt zone, polo white shirts

My husband has been showing more interest in clothes than me lately! There's a whole shirt zone, and he looked through it carefully! The polo white shirts were even hung separately from the rest, so even though they look similar at first glance, you could slowly compare the subtle differences in design and condition.

Ties, scarves, eyeglass frames

There was a wide variety of ties, scarves, and eyeglass frames too — perfect for window shopping!! My husband kept touching a Chanel tie a few times, but since he recently got a new tie, I talked him into saving the tie purchase for next time haha

And maybe the most important part of any vintage shop — the staff member on duty was so kind that shopping felt even more comfortable! They guided us kindly and answered every question about the product lineup smoothly! Really touched by that!!

A small selection of vintage luxury bags too

There was a small but notable selection of vintage luxury bags too! Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and more. I thought about taking a closer look at a Chanel top handle bag but stopped myself, worried I might end up buying it, so I just browsed briefly haha. Seeing really does make you want, ugh.

How are floors 1 and 2 divided?

It's not just floor 1 — floor 2 is also packed with clothes! Floor 1 seemed to focus on brand vintage items, while floor 2 had other vintage items. There's such a huge variety that I'd recommend going in with plenty of time to browse slowly. There's also basement parking in the building with plenty of space, so you don't need to worry about parking at all!

Fall dress corner

So many dresses on display! It's fall now and I needed a dress, so I lingered in front of that section for quite a while~! Imagine how pretty a dress paired with boots would look! I need to style it like that soon and go on a domestic trip!

Isn't the floor 2 view insane?! Everything was neatly organized by color and category, making it feel as pleasant as shopping at a department store!

In front of the fitting rooms on floor 2, there are also seats to wait on, so it's like an oasis for all the boyfriends and husbands out there — just a tip haha

A quick photo while shopping away~! The store was so clean that even the photos came out great!

And now, the moment of payment~! What did I end up buying this time? Haha. Big thanks to my husband, who works hard every single day so that his "always-buying" wife can keep on buying haha

Review event and overall thoughts

They're also running a review event — you can get a mini eco bag, so make sure to buy something and join in! ^^ On a beautiful fall day, I highly recommend adding TOKYO USED Flagship Store to your date course! Definitely one to check out if you're exploring Gogiri.
