I heard that at Tomoru Bakery, a certified master baker (제과기능장) personally makes the dough every morning, with no compromise on ingredients — only good ones used!!

Tomoru Bakery reportedly uses organic flour, natural sourdough starter, AOP-certified butter, and antibiotic-free eggs, with no artificial additives!!

Tomoru Bakery in Songdo bakes each piece carefully, paying attention not just to the look but to what's inside 😌 They use good ingredients generously, let the dough ferment at low temperature for at least 18 hours, and bake fresh every single day!! I went in expecting the prices to be a bit high because of all that — but surprise!!! The prices were much more reasonable than I expected~!

Tomoru Bakery is located at 23 Haedoji-ro 120beon-gil, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, on the corner of the 1st floor, so it was easy to find :-)

It's in the 'Arcadia 2' building, and since 'Arcadia 1' sits right next to it, it can be confusing — so make sure you head to the right one :-)

Tomoru Bakery offers up to 4 hours of free parking for customers, so you can park with plenty of ease!! That said, the parking lot entrance can be a bit confusing!!

In the photo, the building on the left is 'Arcadia 1' and the one on the right is 'Arcadia 2' — to get to Tomoru Bakery, you need to enter through the Arcadia 2 building. Look for the sign saying 'Arcadia 2' at the barrier gate and make sure you're entering the right one 🫶🏻
