Euljiro, Seoul burger restaurant with double patties: BAS Burger
In short
BAS Burger Euljiro Branch is a basement burger restaurant two minutes from Euljiro 3-ga Station Exit 11 in Jung, Seoul. I ordered the Double BAS Burger set with sweet potato fries, onion rings, and mozzarella chicken bites; the juicy patties, soft bun, and crisp sides stood out, though the bites were very hot and a little rich.

How close is it to Euljiro 3-ga Station?
BAS Burger Euljiro Branch (바스버거 을지로점) is on the first basement floor of the THEOSEO Hotel, a two-minute walk from Euljiro 3-ga Station Exit 11. I walked over slowly after work near Euljiro 1-ga Station and found it without much trouble using the map.

The original post lists its hours as 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM daily, with last orders at 8:00 PM. There is no dedicated parking; it said nearby Donhwamun-ro roadside public parking or Myeongbo Art Hall private parking could be used.
What are the basement space and group seats like?

I went downstairs along the stairs and found a spacious room. The overall lighting was low, with neon signs and lamps creating a pub-like atmosphere.

There were tables for four and group seating. According to the original post, Naver reservations were available for up to 20 people, and the restroom was inside the restaurant.
How do the unlimited-refill potato chips work?

James Gam potato chips were set out on a service table to one side. After ordering, you can help yourself, and refills are unlimited. Ketchup, mayonnaise, water, and pepper were also available.

Sauces, refills, and samples could be requested at the pickup counter. I had some James Gam chips before my order arrived; they were warm and crisp, and went well alongside the burger.
What did I order, and how much did it cost?
I ordered using the tablet at the table. There were handmade burgers, sides, and chicken dishes; the prices listed in the original post are below.
- BAS Burger ₩8,200
- Mushroom Burger ₩11,700
- Double Bacon Cheese Burger ₩11,900
- Mozza Chicken Bites ₩7,200
- Mozza Cheese Bar ₩3,300
- Double Crunch ₩14,500
At the time of my visit, there was also a promotion offering one Mozza Cheese Bar for writing a review.

I ordered the Double BAS Burger set, which comes with two beef patties, plus sweet potato fries, onion rings, and Mozza Chicken Bites. The original post did not separately list prices for the Double BAS Burger set, sweet potato fries, or onion rings.

How filling is the Double BAS Burger, and what does it taste like?
The food was made to order and arrived warm. With two beef patties, the Double BAS Burger was substantial and filling.

On my first bite, I noticed the patties' juices and smoky grilled flavor, while the melted cheddar added a savory richness.

It could have felt rich because of the high proportion of meat, but the tomato and onion balanced it so I did not tire of it. The bun was fluffy and soft rather than dry.
For the set drink, I chose sparkling water. It was unsweetened and clean, making it good to sip between bites of burger.

What are the textures of the sweet potato fries and onion rings?
Since I usually prefer sweet potatoes to regular potatoes, I chose the sweet potato fries. They came with ranch sauce.

The sweet potato fries were crisp outside and sweet inside. Dipping them in ranch added a nutty richness that made me keep reaching for them.
The onion rings had a crisp coating rather than a soggy one. The onion still had its moisture inside, giving them a pleasant bite.

What are Mozza Chicken Bites?

Mozza Chicken Bites were a menu item I was trying for the first time. I was told they were hot, so I let them cool slightly, but heat still remained inside the coating.

As the fried coating could be a little rich, I chose a spicy sauce.

The chicken contained mozzarella cheese, making it chewy and savory. It seemed like a good choice when I wanted chicken and cheese together, and I thought it would also pair well as a beer snack.
What stayed with me most after the meal?

I especially remembered the moist patties and soft bun of the Double BAS Burger, along with the crisp coating on the onion rings. It was easy to find because it was near the station, and the staff were kind. It was a satisfying meal of burgers and several sides in a pub-like basement space.
