Seoul Euljiro family buffet with valet parking: Hotel Kukdo Patio

Looking for a filling lunch spot in Euljiro to enjoy with family, I visited Hotel Kukdo Patio, a great-value buffet! For under ₩30,000 per person, you get an Asian buffet with galbi-sal (chuck flap) steak as a main course. With unlimited sake and matcha too, it was one of the best-value lunch spots I've found in Euljiro — highly recommend!

Hotel Kukdo Patio is a Seoul hotel buffet with great transit access — just a 1-minute walk from Euljiro 4-ga Station Exit 10 or Euljiro 3-ga Station Exit 7!

Parking at Hotel Kukdo Patio: valet 2,000 won, free for 2 hours

Parking at Hotel Kukdo Patio is valet only, card payment only, at ₩2,000 with 2 hours free. If you set your navigation to the parking lot, you'll be directed to the basement level 1 entrance on the left side of the building.

Just a note — it's mechanical parking, so if you have a big vehicle like an SUV, you'll need to use an outside lot.

Window tables and a private room for 40 at Hotel Kukdo Patio

The interior of Hotel Kukdo Patio is spacious, with everything from window seats to group tables. It felt like a good spot for a work lunch, family gathering, or birthday party — birthday cakes are allowed to bring in.

There's also a private room inside that fits up to 40 people. That day there were plenty of office groups using it too!

What's on the buffet: grilled eel, abalone and more

The Hotel Kukdo Patio buffet lets you start light with salad and fruit. I liked that there were lots of salad dressing options too!

There was soft grilled eel with a spicy-sweet glaze, along with crispy kushikatsu (skewered fried cutlets) too!

There was also futomaki (thick rolled sushi) that's filling even with just one piece, plus soft snailfish you could add to your plate.

And when I visited with family, there were meat dishes the kids liked too — chicken teriyaki and pork butagakuni! Butagakuni is slow-braised pork, so it was soft with a rich soy sauce flavor.

Personally, my favorite was the butter-grilled abalone and shrimp. Grilling the abalone and shrimp together brought out a nice savory butter aroma. The chewy seafood stir-fry udon paired well with it too.

There was also refreshing cold soba, plus skewered fish cakes with broth, so there was quite a lot to eat, haha.

And you can cook up Japanese-style miso ramen or shoyu ramen yourself at the instant ramen machine!

Unlimited sake and matcha at the drink corner grandmother loved

Even though it's a ₩30,000 buffet, the organic matcha and sake were both unlimited! My grandmother especially loved the sake.

There was also a wide range of drinks including fruit juice (apple/tangerine), tea, and coffee.

Each dish had pretty solid quality, so I ended up eating a lot of abalone and eel, haha — goes well with a glass of sake~

The main course: buchaesal (chuck flap) steak for the whole family

With the Hotel Kukdo Patio buffet, you choose either tomato pasta or galbi-sal (chuck flap) steak — our whole family picked the steak! It was cooked close to well-done, and paired especially well with the sauce that came with it.
