Riae is a Japanese restaurant in Gaepo-dong, Gangnam, Seoul, serving pork loin and tenderloin tonkatsu with a range of accompaniments. I tried the premium special loin and hire cuts for their thin, crisp coating and thick, juicy meat. Riae is a great stop when you are craving thick, tender tonkatsu.
