How does the first consultation at Enne Brain Spa work?

Inside the entrance there's a tidy consultation area where the director talks with you about your current condition. She uses a tablet to check my husband's usual sleep pattern, fatigue and pain in depth! She also checks the neck and shoulders, which are connected to the scalp, and suggests a fitting solution! Based on this assessment, we figured out what he needed, haha.

Since my husband's problem is a sensitive scalp, he decided on the brain detox head spa!

Custom aroma oil chosen with tarot cards

When the consultation starts, Enne Brain Spa has you pick three cards. It's like drawing tarot cards, so you get some fun on top of the treatment! You pick three cards from many by intuition and check your current mental state and energy! Once you've drawn them, she interprets the cards and recommends matching aroma oils to apply on your body!

There are so many aroma oils, and depending on the tarot result she recommends three customized ones! My husband had his applied around the navel and collarbone! She drops the oil on your palms and you breathe the scent in deeply. Smelling the natural aroma, you can really feel the expertise of this place!

What are the treatment room and powder room like?

After the consultation you move into the room, change clothes and get ready. The powder room at Enne Brain Spa is very neat! And this is where you get the head spa!

On the other side, there's an area for the head spa and an area for light massage!

How strong is the neck and back care?

For the neck and back care at Enne Brain Spa, the director applies a light cream and loosens everything from the neck to the shoulder blades with a massage device. My husband said it felt like the high-frequency treatment you get in physical therapy? He said he could feel a surprisingly strong current?! He's usually pretty good at putting up with things, and even he said it had some intensity, so keep that in mind!

I filmed a video too, and it looks refreshing just to watch?? My husband kept saying over and over how good it felt!!

This is after the treatment, and to me the knots felt much softer than before! My husband also said he felt softer and more relaxed!

What does the brain detox head spa feel like?

After the neck, shoulders and shoulder blades are loosened, it's time for the head spa! At Enne Brain Spa she massages inside your head as if giving a gua sha (scraping massage) to the scalp. My husband said he realized how much fatigue had built up and how hard he'd been on his scalp! At first it hurt a lot, but as it went on it went beyond pain into a refreshing feeling, he said!

They say the scalp is just like skin, so replenishing moisture is very important! So the director generously supplied mineral water to my husband's head! Doesn't it look like it makes your scalp healthier just by looking?!

Finally, she finishes the care with a machine!! It looked comforting and healing just to watch!! The water temperature isn't as hot as you'd think, just comfortable, he said! I kept feeling what a meticulous shop this is!

After the treatment my husband took a photo of the hair dryer, and he loved it so much he said we should buy one for home! The director's attention to detail showed in every way!

Enne Brain Spa even prepares a tea that makes you feel really relaxed after the treatment!!

Afterward they write down in detail the treatments my husband received and the oils used! Remember I said the scalp is skin and moisture matters? So I bought the mineral mist you spray on the scalp! I plan to spray it consistently after he shampoos and dries his hair!

What did the patches show when removed?

About 8 hours after we got home, I removed the patches... and amazingly, they were full of dark liquid 😢 My poor husband, I felt so sorry because I felt I hadn't looked after him enough... I need to take him to places like this more often!
