While deciding what to have for dinner near Gyodae Station, I somehow found myself walking into Daily Fix Seocho Gyodae Branch, completely drawn in by the buttery aroma (๑•̀ᴗ•́)و

This isn't just an ordinary handmade burger place—Kang Min-kyung,

and Tzuyang have both visited and raved about it as a great restaurant, and it has even made a name for itself at the Korea Burger Championship. A truly legit handmade burger spot!

I'd been curious about it for a while and had saved it to my list. Once I finally went, I immediately understood why everyone praises it so highly—the atmosphere and flavors both made perfect sense! If you want a proper burger meal near Seocho Station or Gyodae Station, I recommend it!

A comfortable restaurant for solo diners and groups alike
The interior was clean and pleasant, so I felt good the moment I walked in! There were tables perfect for dining alone comfortably, along with two-person and four-person tables for groups (๑’‘๑)
I heard the chefs bring together their know-how from working at Michelin restaurants in New York, using patties made with 100% Korean beef and house-made bacon—so my anticipation was already through the roof before I even ate!

What happens when you switch a bacon cheeseburger to a pretzel bun?
While choosing, I went with their popular bacon cheeseburger and paid an extra ₩1,000 to switch the bun to a pretzel bun! I also added celery mayo on the side and asked for lots of extra onions!

My burger arrived, and the thick Korean beef patty and melted cheese looked like a work of art! Changing to the pretzel bun was seriously such a great choice—on my first bite, its nutty, distinctive flavor filled my mouth!

I'd even dare say that upgrading to the pretzel bun is essential—the combination was perfect! The salty bacon, thick and juicy Korean beef patty, and soft American cheese came together in a genuinely moving bite (๑˙ꄃ˙๑)

I was especially glad I added lots of onions. Their crisp texture kept the salty burger from ever becoming too much! A little of the celery mayo I added brought out an even more refined flavor, and I was impressed right through to the final bite!

Crispy, generously portioned fried onions
As a side, the fried onions I ordered out of curiosity arrived too, and I was amazed by both their look and generous portion! They came freshly fried, warm and wonderfully crisp—so delicious!
The outside was crunchy while the onion inside was sweet and moist, making them impossible to stop reaching for! There was far more than I expected, plenty enough to share alongside the meal. If you love onions, this is absolutely a must-order ♡⃛

The savory, deeply flavored handmade burger and nutty-sweet fried onions were such a fantastic pairing that I absolutely devoured them! They were delicious with soda too, but they definitely made me crave a cold draft beer!
I was so satisfied to enjoy a perfect meal: a proper American-style handmade burger made with a 100% Korean beef patty, plus generously portioned fried onions! If you're dining alone near Gyodae Station or Seocho Station, or looking for a great handmade burger spot, make sure to visit Daily Fix Seocho Gyodae Branch (•̀ᴗ•́)و
