Ejaculation-control guide based on research: Redholics How To
In short
Redholics How To: Ejaculation Control is a 51-page sexual-wellness guide from Korea. It introduces HA training, core exercises, and Kegel exercises using cited references, though the sealed packaging limited what could be shown. Verdict: pricey, but potentially useful for readers seeking practical, evidence-based help.

This is a book I applied for through a book-review site as soon as I saw the title, thinking it would be interesting. After enjoying it, I found myself wondering how on earth I could work this subject into a Naver post.
I had heard that sexual terms are taboo in Naver’s search engine, so they do not show up well in searches and can negatively affect a blog. Maybe that is why, even though I applied as soon as this book-review opportunity appeared, there were not many applicants—perhaps because writing a review is difficult. Anyway, I received the book and enjoyed reading it, so let’s take a look at it together while carefully dodging the taboo terms~

What kind of book is How To: Ejaculation Control?
How To: Ejaculation Control
Since it has the number 01 attached to it, I suppose more books in the series are planned. No individual author is listed; it is credited to the Redholics research team.
I remember seeing Redholics before through its podcasts and YouTube broadcasts. I had also seen it fund board games and books for couples to enjoy privately through Tumblbug and Wadiz.
Korea has long treated sex as taboo under its Confucian culture, pushing it into the shadows. But sex is not actually something to be ashamed of, is it? I support Redholics for its efforts to bring into the open what people used to hush-hush and treat as taboo.

The book’s structure and why it is sold sealed
The back cover is simple. It has only the title, price, and barcode. Despite being a very slim 51-page book, it is rather expensive, and it is sealed in plastic so you cannot look inside. Since it gathers papers and other research materials and presents the content in a know-how format, that seems to be why it is priced highly.

It would be fun if the series continues steadily in the future. The 01 numbering makes me look forward to the books to come.

The foreword says that there is so much hearsay online that incorrect knowledge often spreads, and it hopes this book will help deliver accurate knowledge.

The table of contents is broadly divided into three parts and an appendix.

Chapter 1 and the explanation of control training
Let’s look at Chapter 1 together first.

This is the first sentence of the first chapter. You should be able to control it according to your own will, but some people cannot. Apparently, though, it can be controlled through training.

This graph compares an average person with someone experiencing premature ejaculation.

This time, it is the graph in reverse.

HA training and exercise guidance
This is Part 2, which could be considered the core of the book. It introduces HA training.

Habit Alteration: changing habits
It encourages you to relax, build your core muscles, and practice with your partner.
You know how, when chatting with friends about sex, half joking and half serious, people say there is a reason celebrities and beautiful women become couples with and marry athletes? Exercise matters that much. This book also introduces exercises for building and stretching muscles that can help with intimacy. Strengthening the rectus abdominis is necessary too.

Kegel exercises are also very helpful.

Chapter 3 and the references
This is Chapter 3. I mentioned that the book is sold sealed in plastic, right? I think this section may be what they are trying to keep hidden. So I will just share the title of this part and move on. ^^

The book’s content is not simply written from hearsay or personal speculation; it is organized from various papers and reference materials. That is why it includes the titles of its references.
My overall thoughts after reading
There is a lot of unidentified hearsay about sex floating around online. If you take that incorrect information at face value and follow it, it could truly lead to irreversible consequences. This book aims to provide sound information based on proper evidence instead of vague, inaccurate claims. I genuinely commend Redholics for that effort.
Since the How To series is said to continue, I am curious about the next topic. There is plenty of information not only in the books but also on YouTube and podcasts, so those are worth checking out too. The downside is definitely the high price of the book. That is probably because it draws on many references and summarizes the essentials, but I think it would be good for people who want practical help in everyday life based on the book’s content. It is a pity that I could not introduce more of the content because it is sold sealed.
