Ejaculation control training book with discreet packaging: Redholics HOW TO
In short
HOW TO Ejaculation Control is Redholics’ first ejaculation-control series book from Korea. Its triple-layer anonymous packaging, solo practice sections, program chart, practical-use guidance, and appendix stood out. Verdict: a slim guide worth checking out if you want a structured training plan.

Honestly, premature ejaculation is something people feel embarrassed about, and they say that 30–50% of adult men worry about it. I chose this book because I thought it might help me find an answer to that concern.

No need to worry about the packaging, even when living with parents
I currently live in the same house as my parents, so after ordering this book, I worried about it. What if the words “premature ejaculation” were printed on the delivery box?
But there was absolutely no need to worry! Fortunately, the package arrived marked “miscellaneous goods,” and when I opened the shipping box, the book was wrapped in three layers. It seemed there was no way the book could be exposed unless someone actually opened the packaging! It is such a shame that I was so eager to see the book that I did not photograph the state of the delivery packaging.
The book is slim! Personally, I do not like it when any book has an overly long introduction. Books could clearly be shorter, but it feels like they make themselves thicker by repeating the same content.

In the world of men, everyone seems to be good at sex and able to last a long time, but does the very existence of a book like this not prove that there are many worries about sex?

How is this ejaculation-control book structured?
HOW TO is Redholics’ first series installment on ejaculation control. I can relate to the fact that many men find ejaculation control difficult. For some, ejaculating too quickly becomes a problem, while others cannot ejaculate at all...

This is the book’s table of contents. Chapter 1 is the introduction, Chapter 2 describes things the author says you can practice alone, and Chapter 3 explains how to apply them in actual situations.

Chapter 1 is a light introduction
Chapter 1, “Ejaculation Control,” is an introduction to why this book was written and why ejaculation control is difficult. I read through it lightly and moved on.

Solo training and practical-use guidance
I think Chapter 2 is the book’s most essential part. It presents several ejaculation-control training methods, and I photographed and uploaded the non-explicit parts.
The author also wrote out a program chart, a bit like a three-day or four-day gym split. I really like that part. It seems that you need a plan for anything if you want to follow through with it.

Chapter 3 was explicit, so I photographed only one section. It covers sexual positions. Since it also explains which positions may help prevent premature ejaculation, I think this may be the more essential section.
The appendix also introduces tools and medical methods that may help prevent premature ejaculation. I thought this section would also be too explicit to post on the blog, so I did not upload it. I think buying the book and looking through it yourself could be very helpful.

This book was written with reference to source materials rather than simply reflecting the author’s personal opinions, which made me trust it even more.
