Hi everyone! Groom suits were one of those quietly stressful parts of wedding prep, so I visited Nichepogroom Suwon this time. I don't know much about suits and had no idea what would actually suit me, so I wanted to try on several outfits in person before deciding.
Spoiler: I ended up signing the contract right after the consultation, haha.
Where is Nichepogroom Suwon, and is there parking?
Nichepogroom Suwon is on the 36th floor of SK View Lake Tower, with a view over Gwanggyo Lake Park. Parking support is available too, so feel free to drive.
The way to find it after parking is a bit tricky, haha — follow the photos below to make it there.

What the 1:1 private consultation is like
What I liked most was that Nichepogroom Suwon does 1:1 consultations. They gave us a drink as soon as we arrived, and honestly I felt at ease right away.
Since we weren't sharing the consultation with another couple, it wasn't hectic at all — genuinely relaxing.
We could try on different things ourselves, take photos, and take our time — really nice.
Why trying the suits on in person changes everything
This consultation at Nichepogroom Suwon felt more like a suit styling class for the groom-to-be. Instead of just showing us suits, they had us actually fit them on and helped us find combinations that worked with our overall image. We ended up trying a whopping five styles, haha.
All 5 groom suit styling combinations
1. White shirt with a black suit
The first one was the most basic combo! A white shirt with a black suit felt clean and neat. Classic really is classic, I guess.
2. Sky blue shirt with a light gray suit
This one definitely softened the whole mood.
It felt totally different from the black suit look — surprisingly so.
Just one color change and the whole vibe of the person changes, haha.
3. Light denim shirt with a beige suit
This was the combo I unexpectedly gravitated toward! A light denim shirt with a beige suit — it suited me way more than I expected.
Nichepogroom also had a wide variety of shirt types.
It wasn't just basic colors like white or black — from denim to unusual materials, it was fun just browsing.
4. Black shirt with a gray suit
This time we flipped the mood completely — black shirt with a gray suit!
Compared to the brighter colors from before, it felt a bit heavier and more serious.
After trying on several, I started to notice which colors actually suited me.
5. Pink shirt with a brown suit
Last up: pink shirt with a brown suit! At first I thought, wait, pink? Haha — but once it was styled together, it felt more natural than I expected.
It's a combo I would never have picked on my own, which made me realize this is the fun of getting styled.
Choosing the suit fabric by hand
At Nichepogroom Suwon, there was a wide variety of fabrics to see, not just suits.
Touching them in person, the texture and thickness were all a bit different, and overall they felt very luxurious!
Since we don't know much about suits, having each detail explained to us was really helpful.
We could coordinate shirts, suits, and even shoes all together, which made things easy.
Why we signed the contract the same day
I originally thought I might compare a few other places, but after the consultation at Nichepogroom Suwon, we just signed the contract on the spot.
What I liked most was actually trying on several suits and having them help us find the style that suited us. The consultation was relaxed and the space was private, which I really appreciated.
We're also planning to rent the parents' formal wear here!
Being able to sort out both the groom's suit and the parents' formal wear in one place feels like one less thing to worry about during wedding prep, haha.
