We headed out to eat something delicious and refill our girlish hearts together 🥰 The place we visited that day was Bueokgan Haeundae Branch!

Bueokgan Haeundae Branch is a Western restaurant on the 2nd floor of a building on Dalmaji-gil117beon-gil, and the seating is split into two different concepts. The whole place felt clean and pretty from the moment we walked in, so my queen mother said, "This is so pretty~" 💛 It always makes me a little extra happy when Mom likes the same things I found pretty ~~☺️

The seating wasn't just one mood but two different concepts, so it was easy to pick a spot depending on taste! I love a yellow-toned atmosphere so I chose the yellow seats without hesitation 🌼✨

The windows had a great view and the light poured in so well that the space felt warm and cozy!!☀️ Visiting during the day added sunlight on top of everything, which made my mood go soft and mushy too 💕

So even before eating I thought, "This would be great for a brunch gathering too!!!!" It's nice for chatting with a friend and also good for a relaxed date meal.

This is exactly the vibe I imagined a good Western restaurant in Haeundae would have! Rather than just a place where you eat good food and leave, it's somewhere you can slowly enjoy conversation in a pretty space too 🤍

We visited on a weekday lunch and my eyes lit up the moment I saw the 2-person couple set on the menu 👀✨ It included 🍲soup, 🥗salad, 🍝pasta, 🍕pizza, and 🧃two drinks.

Best of all, we got to pick which dishes we wanted within the set! My queen mother and I spent a while debating "should we get this? or that?" and chatting along the way ~~~ 😆

Sweet pumpkin soup

The first thing we tried was pumpkin soup 🎃 Warm and smooth in texture, with the sweet, cozy flavor unique to pumpkin. Perfect as a light start before the meal ~~🧡

Garden salad

Next was the garden salad 🥗🌿 It had 🍅tomatoes and cabbage, with cheese sprinkled on top like snowflakes ❄️

With the slightly sweet dressing added, eating it together with the vegetables was fresh and tasty. Having it between the richer dishes made my mouth feel clean each time!

Carbonara pasta

Finally, the carbonara pasta I'd been waiting for 🍝 It had bacon in it and the sauce was thick and rich, pairing really well with the noodles 🤍

The moment we took a bite, my queen mother and I locked eyes and said "this is good, right?" haha 😋 Anyone who likes a thick cream sauce would really enjoy this dish.

Arugula pizza

For pizza, I picked the arugula pizza 🍕 Since the pasta was already rich and savory, I chose the pizza topped with arugula to balance it out!

Eating the arugula together with the warm pizza added a fresh touch that worked really well 🌿

Alternating a bite of pasta and a bite of pizza was perfect for eating while chatting together 😆

With one set you get to try soup, salad, pasta, and pizza all in one go, so it's great on days when you can't decide on just one dish.

Especially since I visited with my queen mother, the food was great but I also really loved the time we spent sitting face to face and talking 🤍 Maybe because it had been a while since a date with Mom, we ended up eating more slowly than usual haha.

Parking was easier than I expected 🚗 There's room for about 2 cars beside the store, and ✅there's also parking space below the building, so it's good to keep in mind if you're visiting by car!

This visit to a Western restaurant in Haeundae will stay memorable for a while, since we got to enjoy both good food and a pretty atmosphere 🌼 Most of all, I'm proud that my queen mother liked how clean the store was too.
