The main dish arrived first and the visual of the squid stir-fry is amazing right off the bat 🔥

The spicy-sweet house-made special sauce is soaked right into the plump squid, and one bite in you just blurt out 'this is insane' 😭

There's plenty of fragrant minari (water dropwort), bean sprouts and chewy noodles piled in, so the texture is just artful.

On top of that, we added chewy udon noodles, and they blended perfectly with the sauce — my chopsticks genuinely didn't stop haha.

Yurin-gi: the dish we reorder every single visit

Next up, the yurin-gi that guarantees a 100% reorder!

Because it's made with domestic chicken thigh prepped the same day, it's the textbook example of crispy outside, juicy inside 🍗

It's topped generously with a tangy-sweet special sauce and spicy cheongyang chili, so you can keep devouring it right to the end without it getting greasy.

The fried onions layered underneath were also really savory and delicious 🥹

The ube draft beer, with its subtle sweet ube aroma spreading gently, is truly a treat you can only get here!

I ordered a zero-sugar cola, and they served it packed with ice in a stylish Jim Beam glass, so I got to enjoy the full drinking-out vibe haha.
