Ramen after a Ttareungyi bike ride in Eunpyeong, Seoul: Oreno Ramen
Oreno Ramen Eunpyeong is a chicken-broth ramen restaurant on Bulgwangcheon-gil in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, and the Eunpyeong branch of the first ramen brand in Korea to be listed in the Michelin Guide. After riding a Ttareungyi public bike along Bulgwangcheon stream, the writer ordered the spicy karai paitan for 13,000 won and added a soft-boiled egg for 1,000 won, ending up with two eggs in the bowl, alongside free refills of noodles, rice and soup, seasoned kimchi and a zero-sugar cola with a cup of ice. Oreno Ramen Eunpyeong is an easy stop to pair with a walk or ride along Bulgwangcheon.
