I was surprised at how big the place was the moment I walked in. Even the regular tables were well separated from each other, so the space felt divided from neighboring tables, giving a pretty private feel while eating.

There were also separate rooms, but not many, so if you want to use one, I'd recommend booking ahead!!

The beef options included raw short ribs, skirt steak, flower short rib, jewang galbisal, marinated fresh galbisal, seokjeong galbi, and more, plus noodle and cold noodle dishes, kimchi jjigae, doenjang jjigae and other meal options to eat alongside the meat. Not only was there variety in the meat itself, but you could also pick from a range of sides, so it seemed like a good spot for a group where everyone can order to their own taste.

The basic side dishes came out in real variety. Japchae, seasoned crab, salad, and more filled the table, and every single one paired well with the meat!!!

The 9dan set comes with hanwoo beef tartare + pork kimchi jjigae + jjolmyeon + sushi with fresh wasabi. It lets you enjoy dishes that could each feel like a big order on their own, all at once, and at ₩17,000 for the set it's really good value! You get to eat beef while also trying tartare, plus kimchi jjigae and jjolmyeon on the side — I'd especially recommend it if you want to sample a bit of everything.

For the main meat I ordered skirt steak and flower short rib. The marbling caught my eye the moment it arrived — the look of it was just insane haha

It already looked delicious raw, but once it hit the grill and that savory smell rose up, it looked even better haha. Watching the meat turn golden brown really got the mouth watering lol

It was clean and delicious with just a touch of fresh wasabi on top, and it also went well with the various side dishes. Switching up the combination with each bite made the same meat feel fresh every time, so I never got tired of it and kept eating.
