I was passing near Jeongja Station and heard it was a hot new restaurant, so I went with a friend.

From the first impression, it had such a clean, stylish atmosphere 🔥 The interior was seriously polished; the moment I walked in, I thought, ah, this place really came prepared, haha.

There are counter seats and plenty of table seating, so it seems comfortable even if you come alone. You can bring your dog, too. I really loved how perfectly set up it was for solo dining 🌈

The moment I picked up the menu, I had so much to think about.

Ordering the avocado burger and double cheeseburger

They had everything from handmade burgers to pizza. But I knew the highlight here had to be the burgers. We ordered an avocado burger and a double cheeseburger. I could tell the reputation as a great burger spot near Jeongja Station was not for nothing 😤

The flavor of the butter bun really came alive from the first bite. That feeling when you bite into a soft, flavorful bun—it really reminded me of a New York burger, haha. It was better than expected.

Fresh avocado and a juicy patty

Let me start with the avocado burger. It had plenty of fresh avocado, topped with a juicy patty that was

so deliciously layered on top. With every bite,

the nutty, rich flavors

came alive in my mouth 🧡 The bacon was seriously amazing too, and with the sauce, the balance of flavors was just the best.

Seeing every drop of juice running from the patty get absorbed into the bun without going to waste looked delicious too, haha.

Double cheeseburger with rich Imsil cheese flavor

The double cheeseburger did not disappoint either. It came with two slices of cheese, and its savory richness really melted in my mouth. The deep, nutty flavor of Imsil cheese met the patty, giving it a depth of flavor that was

truly something else 🔥 With every bite, juices flowed out, the cheese stretched, and the sauce flavors came together for a completely perfect mouthful. Like a proper hot new spot,

you could feel the care put into the ingredients and generous portions. The fries were really crisp too.

Crisp fries and cold cola

Crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, they were absolutely perfect with the burgers. I kept reaching for the fries, topped with cheese and peperoncino? chili flakes, one bite at a time, haha.

And another charm here is draft beer, apparently ㅠ I had cola, but first, that cold cola ㅠ The saying that it is a perfect match for burgers was exactly right. There are not many places that also have drinks that pair this well with the food!!

I heard the pizzas come with a variety of toppings too, so I thought I absolutely have to try pizza on my next visit. The variety of food was really great as well.

A Jeongja Station burger restaurant for a comfortable meal

The atmosphere was so nice that I kept looking around while sitting there. I was really satisfied because I could eat comfortably in the clean interior. It was so nice to find a space where I could enjoy my meal without any discomfort 🌈

Roaster Burger's motto, “full, delicious, and happy,” really resonated with me. I experienced all three. I was full, of course, and ate deliciously,

and had a fun time. When you want a hamburger near Jeongja Station, Roaster Burger is somewhere I can strongly recommend. You can feel the quality of the ingredients and the composition,

and there is no compromise on taste either.

I could clearly see why it is already well regarded even as a new restaurant, haha. Next time, I want to make plenty of time to enjoy more of the menu. I have to try the pizza too, and I want to experience the draft beer pairing more fully.

I think this place will definitely become a word-of-mouth burger favorite near Jeongja Station in Bundang.
