It is at Unit D104 on the first floor, 132 Jeongja-il-ro, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, and is open daily from 11:00 to 21:30. They also support parking fees if you use the Bundang M-Coh Heritage building.

I love tracking down truly great restaurants, but I also love exploring newly opened spots haha. It is a handmade burger specialist near Jeongja Station, with dine-in seating too, but it already seemed like a genuinely popular place with even more delivery orders.

It has seriously only been open for a short time. It felt like I was visiting as an opening member, which made me so happy!!

You scan the QR code to order, then pay afterward. It is a great handmade burger spot in Bundang, and apparently the pizza is great too,, so I promised myself I would come back properly hungry and try it next time.

They set out all the basics, and you can grab anything else you need from this self-service bar!! Since they serve pizza, of course there was hot sauce haha. They even have a whopping four kinds of craft beer 🫠

The set was about ₩4,000–₩5,000 more than ordering the burger alone, but it came with a drink and fries. There is even a “No pickles, please!!” option for pickle haters, and you can add or swap sides too!!

Pilsner draft beer!! It had been a while since I had pilsner on tap, and wow, it was so crisp and deliciousㅠㅠ As you would expect from a great handmade burger spot, the draft-beer pairing was perfect too!!

First up was Roaster Burger's most basic menu item, the cheeseburger. Whenever I visit a new place, I always order its signature item too!! It has only classic ingredients: patty, cheese, pickles, and sauce.

They say they use premium vegan dough, avoiding unnecessary baking improvers and building flavor through 72 hours of low-temperature aging. The bun was incredibly soft and fluffy, with such a lovely sheen~

The bread was beyond chewy—it was really wonderfully sticky and bouncy. Rather than crisp outside and moist inside, it was crisp outside and chewy inside.

A generously sized spicy chicken burger set

The spicy chicken burger set my boyfriend ordered! The fries were substantial and much bigger than ordinary fast-food fries. There was ketchup on the side, but the sauce drizzled over the fries was so good that I did not add any more.

The juicy patty was far bigger than the bun, topped with a blanket of cheese and their special sauce—a great combination 👍

Ah, this was seriously delicious. If the basic burger is this good, the other handmade burgers must all be delicious too, right?

This was the spicy chicken handmade burger my boyfriend ordered. Wait, is the bun just a garnish? lol The chicken was seriously actual chicken lol. There was so much chicken that it felt as if the bun had simply been placed lightly over it.

Can you see that thickness? ㄷㄷ,, It was more than I could have eaten even halfway through. My boyfriend finished it all, saying, “Wow, this is really spicy, but delicious,” haha.
