Today I've got a little mood-refresher for you — I went to Naeil Didi in Apgujeong Rodeo, which has been getting a lot of buzz, wanting a pretty little point on my fingertips 💅✨

I usually prefer clean, timeless lines over anything too much, but the designs I kept seeing from Naeil Didi on my Instagram feed just wouldn't leave my head haha. I'd also heard the care is thorough and the staff are kind, so I booked right away and headed over.

It's on the 5th floor of a building above a Korean BBQ restaurant called Apgujeong Gogitjip!

After entering the building, follow the floor directory upstairs and a clean, all-white entrance welcomes you.

By the way, there's also a newly opened Naeil Didi Suite space on the 5th floor! This time I got my nails done in the Suite 💕😚

The warm, cozy atmosphere the moment you walk in was really lovely.

The bright, open view through the full windows made me feel refreshed just sitting there!

The whole salon was kept hygienic and pleasant overall, which I really appreciated haha.

The color range is so varied! Seeing that many colors made the salon feel even more professional.

I also loved that the nail area and pedicure area are separated haha. The pedicure chairs looked super plush~!!

I booked through Naver Reservation, and they kindly sent a confirmation text the same day too — such a nice touch!! The staff are truly angels 🥰

Bitten nails trimmed to the shortest length

The moment I sat down, the Naeil Didi care started with a check of my nail condition. My nail artist greeted me warmly and kindly, and carefully checked the state of my nails first 😆

So, here's my original nail state… long, badly bitten, kind of a mess ㅠㅠ They were so long it was hard to even type on a keyboard at work ㅋㅋㅎㅋㅎㅋ

I asked for the shortest possible length 😚 From shaping the nails to cuticle care, her touch was incredibly delicate! Sometimes care can hurt or you end up seeing blood, but she was so careful and attentive that I could relax through the whole thing!

I was really moved by how carefully she balanced each nail one by one 🥹 Before applying the gel, she thoroughly applied a base treatment to reduce nail damage! It felt like she was genuinely mindful of nail health, which was reassuring.

There were also pink-toned custom colors!! Perfect if you like delicate, feminine nails haha. I picked the silky nude color~!!💖

It's a delicate design that makes the nails look clean. I've had a lot of interviews lately! So I wanted nails that would give a neat impression. Looking at my finished hands, they were so tidy and clean without any excess — I was so happy with them!💖

The overlay was applied so smoothly that the shine was on another level, and it gave my fingertips a luxurious look all the way to the tips. Because the base care set such a perfect foundation, even a simple one-color made my hands look longer and more polished 😆 I kept staring at my nails all day at work haha 🤍🤍

In person it's genuinely overwhelmingly gorgeous 🤍 Naeil Didi is apparently famous for wedding nails and nail extensions for Apgujeong brides ahead of their big day! They also had plenty of the currently popular subtle syrup nails and mysterious magnetic nail designs. All the stones used in their art are genuine Swarovski, apparently — which explains why the sparkle and shine felt like a different level haha.

It's roughly ₩90,000 - ₩130,000! For the quality relative to other Apgujeong nail salons, it's a well-rounded deal for pretty art. If you're looking for a place that does great nail extensions in Apgujeong, this is it! It'd be perfect for a design that matches your bouquet before the wedding 🌷
