This time I'm visiting and reviewing Jeong Ji-young Coffee Roasters, located on B1 of Lotte Department Store Nowon ><

Jeong Ji-young Coffee Roasters started in Haenggung-dong, Suwon, and its signature menu is coconut coffee! They apparently have quite a few branches now.
A line even at weekday lunch, and no seats at all
Even though it was weekday lunch peak time, shouldn't weekdays usually be a bit quiet? But at Jeong Ji-young Coffee Roasters, Lotte Department Store Nowon, you line up just to pay for your order haha. The Lotte Department Store Nowon location was renovated not too long ago, so it feels totally modern and shiny-new. There are no seats — it's takeout only.
They also have drip bags.
And they sell coffee beans too.

Coconut coffee, the signature drink of Jeong Ji-young Coffee Roasters that's sold over 1.11 million cups! (Apparently it's even patented?!) Definitely try it. As for me, I don't actually enjoy coconut much, so I ordered an Americano and a café latte haha. Most of the coffee beans they sell are priced in the ₩20,000s!

How do the Americano and café latte taste? Strong enough to add water
The coffee is strong. The latte has a nice balance between the espresso and milk 👍 The Americano was, by my standards, a bold, strong taste too. But that's fine since you can just add hot water haha. Once I added a bit of water it was absolutely perfect!! If you like a strong Americano, I recommend it ><
Is this Nowon coffee shop worth a stop?
When I visited once recently on a weekend, the line was noticeably longer than on the weekday,,! I recommend trying the signature coconut coffee >< It's said to be a creamy shaken espresso with coconut milk added! The regular Americano and latte were also tasty🩷 Since they sell such a variety of coffee beans, if you're into beans it might be nice to buy some and enjoy them at home >< If you happen to visit Lotte Department Store Nowon, eat at the B1 food court and then enjoy 20% off coffee at Jeong Ji-young Coffee Roasters! 😊🫶🏻
