Is Pork by Man's Grill a good company dinner spot in Osong?
Pork by Man's Grill is located in Osong Industrial Complex 1, on the second floor. I was surprised how spacious it was inside once I walked in — so many seats! This would be perfect for a Korean BBQ company dinner in Osong, right???
Pork belly places are exactly what we usually go to for company dinners anyway, so this seemed like a great spot to combine the two. Big space, private room available — passes the company-dinner test right away.
They even have a private room set up like this. Seriously, this is exactly what you want for a company dinner ??? Great for get-togethers.
There's also a high chair for kids to sit in. I visited late in the evening (around 8pm) and it was still pretty packed!!! A hidden gem in Osong Industrial Complex 1 that only I didn't know about, apparently?
What's on the menu and in the 2-3 person set?
You can get various cuts here — pork belly, pork neck, pork jowl and more. I ordered the 2-3 person set, which is about 600g, plus a side of doenjang sulbap (soybean paste rice).
There's an alcohol coupon on Naver — if you get it, you can drink for as low as ₩2,000. With drink prices these days climbing to a base of ₩5,000, this is genuinely kind of them...

Side dishes: sauces, scallion salad, muk (acorn jelly) and doenjang jjigae
The side dishes include a variety of sauces for dipping the meat — wasabi, ssamjang (dipping sauce), mushroom sauce, pickled radish and more. There were even little spoons for scooping out the sauces, which I appreciated.
Lettuce and pajeori (scallion salad). The pajeori was pretty tasty — loaded with sesame oil, so it had a nice nutty flavor.
Nice touch having muk (acorn jelly) too. It was tasty!
The doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew) that comes as default. I really liked how packed it was with tofu. Meat always needs a good doenjang jjigae on the side.
Pre-grilled pork finished at your table: why it suits group dinners
They put the meat on the grill first. Since it comes pre-grilled, you only wait a little while. I don't think I've often seen it served pre-grilled like this.
The best part is that they grill everything for you! Places that grill the meat for you really do taste better somehow. They grill it exactly right, so you get to eat the meat right at its best!
Exactly what you need for a Korean BBQ company dinner in Osong.... Having them grill it definitely makes things easier at group dinners too (shoutout to everyone stuck in the 'youngest member' role~~~~)

They put pork belly on too. The set includes pork neck, pork belly, and pork jowl, so you get to try a good variety. I'm usually a pork neck person, but with a set like this you get to try several cuts! The pork belly here is delicious..... I love this set.
The folding-door seats with an outdoor feel
What I especially liked was that they kept the folding doors open, and evenings have gotten really breezy these days. So there was a gentle night breeze coming through, which felt great and gave it an outdoor vibe — the whole atmosphere was really nice!
Back to focusing on the meat. Honestly, I ordered more ^^
Ate it wrapped in lettuce, with wasabi, piled the pork jowl on top, dipped in salt — I turned into a full food-fighter again today....
Not a mistake, just kept eating because it was delicious haha.

That was my visit to Pork by Man's Grill for a Korean BBQ company dinner in Osong! Being on the second floor, I had no idea — I never knew there was such a good BBQ place in Osong. The meat was, well, just really really good, and having them grill it all for us made things so much easier to enjoy.
The outdoor-feeling atmosphere and spacious layout made it a great fit for group gatherings too. If you're planning a Korean BBQ company dinner or looking for a meat place in Osong Industrial Complex 1, I highly recommend it! My picky mom loved it, so that says it all.
