While looking for somewhere to eat meat in Osong 2 Industrial Complex, we visited Hanmaeum Jeongyuk Sikdang Osong 2 Sandan Branch~ It is right in Osong 2 Industrial Complex, so it was easy to get to, and it is fairly close to Osong Station too, haha. The restaurant was spacious and clean, with an area that is great for visiting with children, making it perfect for family dining as well as gatherings!
Getting there and parking in Osong 2 Industrial Complex
It is located directly across from Osong 2 Industrial Complex Paragon Phase 1. It is also fairly close to Osong Station, so it seemed like a good place to visit when looking for a meal in Osong.

The menu and prices are displayed outside, so you can check them before going in.

Register your parking at the counter and you can get up to two hours free in the basement garage, so it was convenient to drive here too :)

A spacious restaurant, private rooms, and a kids’ zone
As soon as I entered, I could feel the distinct atmosphere of a butcher-restaurant.

A large aging refrigerator on one side also caught my eye. They said the meat is aged for 144 hours at 2°C before being sold, so I was already looking forward to it :) Overall, everything was clean and the restaurant was quite spacious. The tables were generously spaced apart, with partitions between them, so you can eat comfortably without worrying about neighboring tables. Best of all, it is on a high floor, so the window seats have an open view too~

There is also a separate smoking room on one side of the restaurant. If you smoke, keep that in mind—you do not have to go far outside each time!
Further inside are three large private rooms. Each room can be divided for separate use or opened up as needed. With plenty of tables, it is great for group gatherings or company dinners too. They are large enough for nearly 20 to 30 people or more!!
There is a self-serve bar too, making it easy to pick up any utensils or extra side dishes you need. You could see how neatly it was maintained~
The kids’ zone when dining with children
One of the most impressive spaces at Hanmaeum Jeongyuk Sikdang was the kids’ zone. It reminded me of the playrooms at one side of barbecue restaurants when I went along as a child, so it made me weirdly happy, haha.
Please use it according to the kids’ zone guide~ There is CCTV inside, and it was clear that the area is well looked after. I mean… from the claw machine to the arcade game machine… honestly, I wanted to use them before the kids did, haha.
Since it is a space for children, they seem to pay attention to safety too, so parents can use it with peace of mind. And if you sit at the tables beside it, you can watch the children playing through the window while you eat!
What made me think this place is truly serious about children was that, alongside the kids’ zone, there were plenty of high chairs and even Pororo drinks. It felt like such thoughtful consideration for families visiting with children, which personally impressed me, haha.

They are also currently running an event where you receive castella crust for participating in a receipt review. Write a review and make sure to take home some delicious castella crust too :)

Half a portion of pork and accompaniments
You can conveniently order from the tablet at your table.

There is a wide selection from beef to pork, plus lunch specials at lunchtime and menu options for children. We ordered the half portion of pork!

After ordering and waiting a little, a doenjang-jjigae (soybean-paste stew) that goes well with meat arrived on the house!

Then the banchan (Korean side dishes) started arriving one by one~

The side dishes were presented so neatly, and every one of them tasted good, so I kept reaching for them even before the meat, haha. Especially, the chewy jjolmyeon noodles in the pa-jeori (seasoned scallion salad) were the key—it felt different from ordinary scallion salad served with meat!
Thick-cut grilled pork
Our half portion of pork arrived~ The slices were thicker than I expected, with just the right amount of fat. We could control the heat ourselves, so we adjusted it to our taste and grilled everything away, sizzling happily, haha.

The pork was delicious even on its own, but grilling bracken fern, mushrooms, and garlic alongside it on the grill was so good with the meat~

Just look at that beautifully browned porkㅠㅠ

It was delicious wrapped in lettuce with pork and all sorts of things, and it was amazingly good however I ate it—with pickled chili peppers, pa-jeori, bracken fern, and more!! Everything went well with it~

Finishing with margarine fried rice
After enjoying all the meat, we ordered fried rice as our finishing dish. You simply cannot skip fried rice after barbecue, haha.

Stir-frying it with margarine made a wonderfully nutty aroma rise up, and it was even more deliciousㅠㅠ We were quite full after the meat, but the fried rice was the kind you just keep scooping up! We ate deliciously right to the end and finished feeling satisfyingly full :)
If you are looking for a clean, spacious barbecue restaurant in Osong 2 Industrial Complex, I recommend Hanmaeum Jeongyuk Sikdang!! The meat was truly delicious, so we were happy throughout the meal, and it was nice that the side dishes and self-serve bar were kept so clean. With a playroom and high chairs too, it is an easy restaurant for family dining!
