Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch is a café and dessert shop that opened in 2016 in the Sinbu-dong food alley in Cheonan. Walking in right at the noon opening, I ordered a latte, an apple earl grey financier, a nunetine financier (named after the crispy puff-pastry snack) and an almond choco madeleine, all baked goods from 3,500 won — and in under five minutes the room was nearly full. The latte at Brewers Coffee was smooth, and the apple earl grey financier was the best of the three.

Today's review is of a café in Sinbu-dong that I've revisited again and again — my favorite café in the neighborhood, haha.
It opened all the way back in 2016 and has stayed popular ever since. The coffee is good and the financiers they sell alongside it are great too! It's located in the Sinbu-dong food alley.
Brewers Coffee has a branch in Buldang-dong too, and one in Sinbu-dong.
When does Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch open, and what are the outdoor seats like?
Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch opens at 12 PM! Haha (I got there at 11:55 and they still let me in..!)
When the weather's nice, the outdoor seats fill up too. There's a photo booth outside, so if you want to take pictures, keep that in mind.

Signature drinks at Brewers Coffee
Brewers Coffee Bap 6.5 — Brewers' signature menu item, a latte topped with smooth almond cream over a sweet mocha base. I recommend dipping your baked goods into the nutty almond cream.
041 Coffee 6.5 — a latte with a strong shot poured over smooth, walnut-flavored milk. Named after the local area code '041,' it's meant to capture everyday life in Cheonan in coffee form. Once the espresso settles, each sip brings deep sweetness and nutty aroma.

Nearly full five minutes after opening, even on a weekday
I got there right at the noon opening so it was completely empty and I could take pictures >< haha, but seriously, within five minutes of taking these shots, the place was nearly packed... And this is on a weekday!
The café's vibe is great, right? There's a relaxed weekend-y feel to it, but since there are so many people, it's not exactly quiet, haha. Not really a study-café kind of place!
The baked goods counter: financiers, madeleines and canelés from 3,500 won
I picked one madeleine and two financiers — there are so many kinds it's genuinely hard to choose, ㅠㅠ. Prices start at ₩3,500, and everything's available for takeout too.
What does the Brewers Coffee latte taste like?
The Brewers Coffee latte (₩5,000) balanced the nuttiness of the milk with the rich flavor of the espresso really nicely — it was so smooth. I love lattes so my standards run high, but this one was genuinely good!
Apple earl grey vs nunetine financier vs almond choco madeleine
Apple Earl Grey Financier 3.5 — a subtle earl grey aroma runs through the base, and the crunchy topping adds even more texture... If you like earl grey, you have to try this! This was my favorite, honestly??
Nunetine Financier (3.5) — topped with the crunchy topping from the actual 'Nunetine' snack we all know. The financier is chewy on the outside and moist inside, and paired with the sweet crunch of Nunetine, it went really well with coffee.
Almond Choco Madeleine (3.5) — a madeleine that catches your eye visually right away! It was a bit sweeter than I expected, so it wasn't quite what I imagined, haha.
If you want to enjoy proper coffee and delicious baked goods in a relaxed atmosphere, I highly recommend BREWERS Coffee!
