Family Korean BBQ in Dalseo, Daegu with self-bar pork skin: Baeksanu
Baeksanu Sutbul Wolsong Main Branch is a charcoal Korean BBQ restaurant with a kids' playroom on Joam-ro in Wolseong-dong, Dalseo, Daegu. Visiting with an 8-year-old, the writer ordered 600g of bakpo saeng galbi (unmarinated pork rib), 1kg of jinjja dwaeji galbi (marinated pork rib), and 180g of yukhoe (beef tartare), plus unlimited pork skin, doenjang ramyeon, and a grape slush from the self-bar. With the kid happily occupied in the playroom and the adults enjoying charcoal-grilled meat with draft beer, it was a satisfying spot for a family meal or a group gathering.
