The space isn't too loud or cluttered. It's cozy and quiet, so it was ideal for a casual weekend date or a relaxed time with a friend. The owner also greeted us so kindly that the place lifted my mood the whole time I was there.

What's on Dento's brunch menu?
Dento's menu is unusual: the sandwiches come first, ahead of the drinks. There's a variety of sandwiches made fresh to order, including the bite-size open sandwich, the truffle ricotta jambon sandwich and the grilled shrimp rapé sandwich.

What makes Dento special was clear from the menu itself. It's a brunch spot where you can enjoy warm tomato soup, triple cheese, aioli baby potatoes and sweet classic French toast.

Self-serve cutlery and tableware at Dento
At Dento, you take the cutlery and tableware from the center table to your seat yourself. I ordered the bite-size sandwiches, so I grabbed cutlery and tableware from the center table and headed to my seat.
The plates, cutlery and knives were all neatly and stylishly set out, which I really liked!!
How did the bite-size open sandwich and 100% grapefruit ade taste?
On this visit to Dento, I ordered the signature bite-size open sandwich, an iced Americano and a 100% grapefruit ade.

A tasty brunch can't go without a cold drink, right?

The clean, fragrant iced Americano was a fantastic match for the savory sandwiches,

and the tangy-sweet 100% grapefruit ade was full of fizzy freshness, just right for refreshing my mouth between bites.

Dento's bite-size open sandwich: a must on your first visit
Dento's bite-size open sandwich is so colorful and pretty that I couldn't help taking photos. As the name says, it comes in neat bite-size pieces, so it was easy to eat, and being able to taste many flavors at once was really appealing.

The taste won me over more than I expected, so if it's your first time at Dento, I recommend trying the bite-size open sandwich.
