Suwon pizza restaurant near a public lot, 20-a-day lasagna: Low Five

Haenggung-dong has really been the spot for nights out lately, right? You know they're doing media art in Haenggung-dong these days? I wanted to go so badly. And you can't have a festival without food, haha. I've been craving pizza lately, so I looked around and found a pizza spot in Haenggung-dong — Low Five! It's famous for both pizza and lasagna. Here's my review after eating there and loving it :)

Where do you park for Low Five in Haenggung-dong?

Low Five doesn't have its own parking lot, so you need to park at a nearby public lot. There's Seongyeong Library just above it, and Jangan-dong public parking lot below. We parked at Yeonmu-dong public parking lot and walked about 10 minutes to get to the restaurant :)

Arriving at 4:30pm: CatchTable booking and the line before opening

The exterior feels like a forest village restaurant tucked inside the city! We arrived around 4:30pm and booked through CatchTable.

Inside, Low Five was clean with a wood-tone look and a great atmosphere. We joined the opening-time rush too, but customers were already lined up before opening. The staff were friendly and took orders from waiting guests right away, so everyone could start eating as soon as the doors opened :)

The first thing we ordered was the half-and-half pizza — a pizza with corn on one half and pepperoni on the other.

The lasagna at 23,000 won, limited to 20 servings a day

The lasagna is only sold in a limited quantity of 20 servings a day. I can never resist a limited item, hahaha. I remembered enjoying it on a previous visit, so I ordered it again this time :)

It's a classic lasagna, layered with tomato ragu sauce, lasagna sheets, and cheese. The sauce had been simmered for a long time, so the flavor was deep and rich, and there was so much cheese that it had this magic pull where you just keep eating. One tip: the staff said to tell them right away if the food cools down even a little, and they'll reheat it for you immediately. 😆😆😆

Corn pizza or pepperoni pizza? Half-and-half is the answer

The corn pizza had a soft yet crispy crust topped with white truffle cream, bacon, chili shrimp, and whole corn kernels. It was also dusted with butter seasoning, which made it even more delicious. And when they say corn pizza, they really mean whole corn generously piled on, not just scattered kernels.

The pepperoni pizza was spicy and savory and really tasty — topped with red sauce, pepperoni, olives, mushrooms, and jalapeños.

You can order just one flavor, but I'd recommend going half-and-half. Both are so good that if you only get one, you might regret it, haha.

Grapefruit ade and lemon ade, 6,000 won each

You can't have pizza without a drink. Both the grapefruit ade and lemon ade had actual fruit pulp in them, so the fruit flavor was extra vivid. We sipped them to cool off while polishing off every last bit of the pizza and lasagna :)

Why people queue at Low Five even on weekdays

That's my review of Low Five, famous in Haenggung-dong for pizza and lasagna. College couples, high school couples, even older married couples — all kinds of people showed up to wait for the opening! We visited on a weekday, so I didn't expect this many people. If you try it yourself, I think you'll understand exactly why it's so popular :) Definitely worth a visit at least once!
