Lately I've been really into self-care! Store atmosphere and powder room

The interior was clean and comfortable. With the garden visible outside, even on a cloudy day the soft light coming in gave the space a nice atmosphere ✨

First I filled out a customer card! I wrote down the skin concerns I usually have and what kind of care I wanted, and the esthetician tailored the treatment to that, which made me feel carefully looked after 🫶

After filling out the card, I moved to the powder room. I had makeup on that day, and even though I hadn't removed it myself, they took it off for me! I just changed into a gown and got started 👀

The powder room was spacious, so it was also nice for doing my makeup after the treatment was done.

After the consultation and changing on the first floor, treatment took place on the second floor.

The Special 2 course, step by step — from scalp massage to modeling pack

First she removed my makeup and started with a scalp massage, and wow — I realized just how much I'd been neglecting myself. She seemed to be pressing gently, but it hurt. Did you know that when your circulation is bad, even gentle pressure feels painful? 🥹 She asked how the intensity felt, and honestly it hurt, but I could tell it hurt because my body wasn't in great shape, so I said it was bearable. I wanted a proper, thorough treatment, so that's why I said that 👏 If you can't handle pain well, it's probably best to be honest about it! Even while removing my makeup, her touch was so soft and light that it started off feeling really nice 😚

After the scalp massage and makeup removal, she let the sebum soften up, then did this scaling. Since it had been a while, my skin turned out super smooth! ☺️ After scaling, the real massage began! She worked through my head, face, shoulders, back, and chest, releasing tension all across my upper body and face. She was really thorough and pointed out things I hadn't even noticed myself, which I appreciated. For example, she asked why I wear such thick base makeup when my skin tone is actually pretty nice — that's when I realized I'd been applying it too thick, and lately I've been paying attention to keeping it thin. It actually suits me so much better too 🥰

The stubborn left side, and the trapezius

After finishing the massage, she told me the left side wasn't loosening up no matter how much she worked on it, and ever since then I've been trying to focus more on my left side at home too! My left underarm definitely hurts more when tapped.. As a final step, she applied a modeling pack, and once it was done, my skin felt so smooth and moisturized that I was fully satisfied! I've always been self-conscious about my trapezius muscles too, and somehow they felt smaller, and my right face — which had always been bigger and asymmetrical compared to the left — felt more balanced too! 🎶
