Do you all like sandwiches? I'm not a huge bread person, but I really love sandwiches. I love the combo of crunchy veggies and sweet sauce. I make them at home a lot too, but there was a sandwich place I'd been wanting to try, and I finally got to visit it when I went nearby for a certification exam haha.

Eopcheonri382 Chungbuk National University Branch is a sandwich and salad café in Sachang-dong, Cheongju, right by Chungbuk National University's side gate. It's open 9:00–23:30 (Last order 23:20), every day, no holidays.
It opens early in the morning, so I'd definitely recommend it for Chungbuk National University students' brunch too!
It's on the 1st floor so it's not hard to find, and there's a marked line out front for about two parking spots. Convenient if you're driving, and there's a bus stop nearby too, so it's easy to get to by public transit.
There's an old-style bus stop bench outside, giving it a countryside, nostalgic vibe~~
There's also a menu board standing outside, so you can check the menu before going in.
What is the café like inside?
The inside of Eopcheonri382 Chungbuk National University Branch has a luxe, antique atmosphere. It really felt like a rich grandma's house — elegant and antique.
The interior is cute and detailed, and it kind of feels like a fancy restaurant tucked away in the countryside — nice for the eyes too.

There's also a wide variety of sandwiches and salads, so it's great if you're dieting! There are toasts and tortilla wraps too, good for a simple snack, and even 1-liter drinks with enough volume to sip on all day.

Two sandwiches ordered for a solo lunch
Since I was eating lunch alone and planned to pack the rest for dinner, I ordered two sandwiches.

I was going to eat there, but I asked for it packed to go anyway, and it was packaged so neatly I think I could order this for delivery often too.
Strawberry jam egg mayo sandwich with the rye bread swap
While I was eating, I noticed a ton of delivery riders coming in and out, so it must already have a reputation as a go-to spot. I upgraded the strawberry jam egg mayo sandwich to rye bread for an extra ₩500,
It was packed full of egg mayo, so it was incredibly filling. The strawberry jam spread on the bread added little bursts of sweetness in between bites, so it never got sick-making and was really delicious!
Bulgogi sandwich that looks like a burger
Honestly, I was already full after just half of it, so I packed the rest up nicely and ate it again once I got home haha. The bulgogi sandwich really looked like a burger.
It had vegetables, egg, and even cheese in it, so it was more than enough for a full meal, and the bulgogi was practically overflowing out — I think I'll be eating this instead of a burger from now on!
The bulgogi wasn't too salty or too sweet, and it wasn't tough either, so there was nothing awkward or off about eating it in a sandwich!!
Drinks sealed in a can to go
At this Chungbuk National University go-to café, Eopcheonri382, drinks are sealed in a can when you order them to go, which is really convenient to carry, and there's no worry about spilling before you open the can — I love that!
Eating a simple lunch at Eopcheonri382 before my exam, I was happy to have such hearty, high-quality sandwiches haha.
